Valerie Staffey is the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Clairity. Prior to joining Clairity, Val served as Global Director of Manufacturing and Regulatory at Pain Care Labs for more than a decade, managing novel therapeutic devices from development to commercialization as well as through regulatory clearances both domestically and abroad. Prior to Pain Care Labs, Val worked as a surgical services RN at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. From charge nurse to regulatory and quality, Val has more than 15 years of experience leading healthcare stakeholders to successful compliance. She earned both an MBA and an undergraduate degree in nursing from Mercer University.
