Rosemary Shults is the Chief Financial Officer at Clairity. Prior to joining Clairity, Rosemary was a venture fellow at Santé Ventures, where she focused on exploring new investment themes and incubating new startups, including Clairity. Before working at Santé, Rosemary was Director of Business Development and M&A at GE Healthcare, where she supported acquisitions, divestitures, and minority investments across medical devices, diagnostics, and HCIT sectors. She also worked in Medtronic’s corporate development group, Pritzker Private Capital’s private equity team, and William Blair & Company’s healthcare investment banking division. Rosemary earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard College.
